Pasta Salad with Tomato

I made this simple salad of cooked pasta, chopped watercress, chopped tomatoes and sliced radish. I served with a good dressing of olive oil, vinegar ans salt and pepper.

Mint Yogurt salad Dressing

I made this mint sauce by chopping fresh mint as fine as I could get it by hand. I put about 4 tablespoons of sugar into a jar and added malt vinegar. I I mixed them well together. I added the chopped mint to the jar. This is what it looks by below.
To make the yogurt and mint salad I used 1 carton of yogurt and added 2 teaspoons of my own mint sauce and mixed them together. It was garnished with fresh mint leaves. This is good with a curry and all types of green salad.
